Segment: New Town

Physical Address: 1804 & Dakota Drive

Main Office

Remove 80 Ft of old gutter if able to tie into the existing 45-degree miter.

Install 80 Ft of new gutter

Miter all connects for seamless gutters

Fix the slope of the gutters if needed

Install end cap on one side

Gutters will be green in color

Complete Perimeter will need to be cleaned at all joints and resealed with a gutter silicone. All joints will consist of tie ins, fittings, and all corner joints. Gutters will need to be securely fastened against facia board.

Reminder: Dispose of all debris at an approved site. Clean the entire area around unit, this includes picking up all nails. Make sure the project is ready for final inspection
